920kr Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using the Platform

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between 920kr ("the Platform", "we", "us") and you ("the Player", "you", "your") regarding your use of all services available at 920kr.app, including the casino, live casino, sports betting, bingo, crash games and the VIP programme.

These Terms apply to all registered accounts and all use of the platform, whether via mobile browser, desktop browser or any other access method. 920kr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The platform operates in PKR and serves players based in Pakistan. All transactions, balances, bonuses, VIP cashback and payouts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 920kr, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, bot or automated entity).
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed 920kr account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria and that the personal information you provide is accurate and belongs to you. 920kr reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility (including CNIC or equivalent) at any time and without prior notice.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on 920kr. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, phone numbers or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• Provide your real name as it appears on your CNIC or valid identity document.
• Provide a valid phone number that you own and have access to.
• Provide accurate date of birth confirming you are 18 or older.
• Set a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 920kr will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC)

920kr may require identity verification at any point — particularly before processing withdrawal requests or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete.

4 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method that you personally own. 920kr accepts the following PKR deposit methods:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• Raast (instant payment system)
• Bank Transfer (to platform bank account details provided in the deposit section)

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the deposit section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. All deposits are credited to your PKR balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.

Deposited funds are for gaming use on the 920kr platform. If you deposit and wish to withdraw without meeting minimum activity requirements, a processing review may apply.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the account withdrawal section.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section.
• Withdrawals are processed in PKR only — no foreign currency conversions are applied.
• Processing times depend on your VIP tier: standard, priority, same-day or instant processing as applicable.

Withdrawal to JazzCash & Easypaisa

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest available options for Pakistan players. Once approved and processed by 920kr, funds arrive according to the processing speed of the respective mobile wallet provider.

920kr reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is a standard procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 920kr may offer bonuses, promotional credits or free bet credits to registered players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One active bonus per account at any time — bonuses cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• 920kr reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.

7 Casino Games

Casino games on 920kr — including slots, live casino tables, crash games and bingo — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer-hosted streams. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by 920kr or any external party.

Each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage and rules are available within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand how the game works and accept the outcome regardless of the result.

• All casino game bets are final once confirmed and placed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the hand or spin may be voided and stakes returned.
• Live casino sessions are subject to stream interruptions beyond 920kr's control. Incomplete hands are settled according to the provider's standard rules.
• Progressive jackpot wins are verified before payment. All jackpot payouts are made in PKR.

8 Sports Betting

Sports betting on 920kr covers Cricket (including PSL, international T20 and ODI fixtures), Football, Esports and a range of other sports. Bets are accepted on pre-match and live in-play markets as available.

Bet Acceptance & Settlement

• All bets are final once accepted and confirmed in your bet history.
• Odds may change between bet placement and acceptance during high-traffic periods — the odds displayed at confirmation are binding.
• Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body (PCB for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.).
• In-play bets on cricket are settled based on the state of play at the time the live market closes or at completion of the relevant over, ball or innings.

Void Bets

920kr reserves the right to void bets and return stakes in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors, match postponement or abandonment without rescheduling within a defined window, verifiable match integrity concerns, or technical system errors that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits per bet and per event are displayed in the betting section. These limits apply to the total payout including stake. Winnings above the stated maximum will be capped at the published limit.

9 VIP Programme

The 920kr VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression is based on cumulative VIP points earned through paid game activity across all platform sections.

• VIP points are awarded at defined rates per PKR wagered, varying by game type.
• Tier upgrades are applied automatically when point thresholds are reached.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (total losses minus total wins) for the preceding Monday–Sunday period and credited every Monday.
• Cashback rates are: Bronze 2%, Silver 5%, Gold 8%, Platinum 12%, Diamond 15%.
• 920kr reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, point earn rates or benefit values with reasonable prior notice.
• VIP cashback and benefits are applied to the account of the registered holder only and cannot be transferred.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using another person's identity, payment method or funds to register or transact.
• Any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities or pricing errors rather than reporting them.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform's deposit and withdrawal systems.
• Making chargebacks or disputed transactions against legitimate deposits.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

920kr may suspend or close an account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or collusive activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Inactivity for an extended period (specific thresholds communicated separately).

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Where a closure results from a player's own self-exclusion request, the account will be deactivated and access restricted for the requested period. Players may also choose to permanently close their account.

On legitimate account closures by the player (not due to a breach), any verified PKR balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after standard processing and KYC review.

12 Responsible Gaming

920kr is committed to supporting players in managing their gaming activity responsibly. The platform is for adult entertainment only — it is not a source of income, and game outcomes cannot be predicted or controlled by any strategy.

Tools available to registered players include deposit limit settings, session time reminders and self-exclusion requests. If you feel your gaming activity is becoming difficult to control, we encourage you to use these tools or contact our support team to discuss your options.

• Set a session budget before you start and stop when that budget is reached.
• Never attempt to chase losses by continuing to play beyond your planned session.

13 Privacy & Data

By registering, you consent to 920kr collecting, processing and storing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of your data subject to applicable legal obligations (including KYC and anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements).

920kr does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Changes to These Terms

920kr may update or amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or via the registered contact method. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of 920kr following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
